Noon revises FBN and FBP fees in KSA
Noon is updating the fee structure for Fulfilled by noon and Fulfilled by Partner in Saudi Arabia. Two things move: the FBN outbound fee table, and the referral fees on nine product families.

The FBN outbound fee table has also been updated. If you run FBN, reprice before the 10th rather than after, because the outbound fee is the larger of the two changes for small, light items.

Stationery lands at 14% in the UAE against 15% in KSA. If you price both markets from one sheet, that gap has to be built in rather than assumed away.

Directship Express moves onto the FBP rate card
Noon is changing how Directship Express orders are charged in Saudi Arabia. Rather than its own fee table, the programme now follows the FBP rate card.
New rates take effect 10 September 2026
What it means
- Directship Express orders are charged on the FBP rate card from the 10th.
- A 20% discount applies to the Directship outbound fees.
- Your effective shipping cost is the FBP fee for the weight band, less 20%.
The FBP Express calculator in Tools already works this way, with the 20% discount set as an editable field so you can model what happens if it is ever withdrawn.
